May I install the software on more than one computer?
Will the System be complete as delivered, or will there be additional modules to purchase?
What are the normal hours for Technical Support? Phone? Email? Both?
What are the charges for Technical Support during regular and after hours service?
Are there periodic maintenance or update fees after the purchase? If so, what are they?
Are there any other after purchase costs? If so, what are they?
If I need changes to the system to meet my particular needs, what are the charges?
What is the normal time frame for such changes to be implemented?
